Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Lansing Airport. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, offer upgrades, and assist with reservations and returns. The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy, and knowledge of products.

Schedule includes varied shifts, with opportunities for training and advancement. The position pays $18 per hour and includes benefits such as PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and retirement savings options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options.
• Provide directions, maps, and local information to customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other assigned tasks.
• Assist with rental return and vehicle condition assessments.
• Notify Management of customer or vehicle issues.
• Pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities.
• Perform backup duties and strive for improved performance.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
