Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• Offer additional assistance by giving directions, maps, and local information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; liaise with other branches and vendors.
• Document rental returns and notify management of any issues or needed maintenance.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
