Worldwide Flight Services in Great Falls, MT, is seeking an Airline Services Agent to support ramp operations and passenger services at the airport. Responsibilities include loading/unloading baggage, marshaling aircraft, and guiding passengers through check-in, boarding, and ticketing processes.

Emphasis on safety, compliance, and outstanding customer service throughout airport operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and 1+ year of customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 lbs.
• Pass background checks and airport security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates using hand signals and radios.
• Operate ground support equipment (tugs, belt loaders, forklifts).
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, ticketing, baggage handling, and inquiries.
• Complete required flight paperwork and weight/balance reports.
• Handle lost and found and baggage claims; process claims as needed.
