Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Airline Services Agent to support ramp operations and passenger services at the airport. Responsibilities include loading/unloading baggage, marshaling aircraft, and handling ground equipment while prioritizing safety and customer service.

This part-time role offers opportunities to work in varied conditions, with compensation of $17.00 per hour and positions requiring a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license throughout employment.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Familiarity with airport regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates using hand signals and radios.
• Operate ground support equipment (tugs, belt loaders, forklifts).
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, ticketing, and baggage handling.
