Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring an Airline Services Agent in Rapid City, SD to support ramp operations and passenger services. You will load/unload baggage, marshal aircraft, and operate ground equipment while assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and top-tier customer service, with a part-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle baggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry.
• Familiarity with airport regulations and procedures.
• Must pass background checks and comply with airport security requirements.
• Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
• Union membership with TWU and dues payment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates using signals and radios.
• Operate ground support equipment.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight safety inspections.
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and ticketing.
• Handle baggage claims and transfers.
• Process claims for lost or damaged baggage.
• Complete flight paperwork and weight/balance reports.
• Collaborate with flight crews and ground control.
• Respond to emergencies and safety issues.
