Worldwide Flight Services is hiring an Airline Services Agent to support ramp operations and passenger services at the airport. You will load/unload baggage, marshal aircraft, and assist passengers with check-in and boarding, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and nights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English language fluency in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo safely and efficiently.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates using hand signals and radios.
• Operate ground support equipment (tugs, belt loaders, forklifts).
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and ticketing.
• Maintain safety and security compliance in all airport operations.
