Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Ramp Service Agent to join our ground handling team. You will marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage and cargo, operate ground support equipment, and assist with water servicing while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma, physical stamina, and strong communication. The job offers daily pay options, flight benefits, and opportunities for internal mobility across our global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills for team and flight crews.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluently read, write, and speak English and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft on arrival and departure.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off aircraft.
• Safely operate ground support equipment (belt loaders, tugs).
• Perform ground service duties including power, water, and pushback.
• Maintain a secure, safe work environment.
