Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring an Airline Services Agent to support ramp operations and passenger services at the airport. You will load/unload baggage, marshal aircraft, and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and ticketing while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in varying weather, and handling of baggage and ground support equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and nights.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo safely.
• Marshal aircraft to gates.
• Operate ground support equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-flight safety inspections.
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and tickets.
• Manage baggage handling and lost and found processes.
• Handle flight paperwork and documentation.
• Coordinate with flight crews and ground control.
• Respond to safety incidents and emergencies.
