Horizon Air is seeking a Part-Time Ramp & Customer Service Agent to assist guests with travel needs and manage above- and below-wing tasks. You’ll work outdoors in various weather, handle luggage, assist with boarding, and maintain security during shifts.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting at USD 19.37/hr with a split-shift differential in some cases.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid unexpired driver’s license (US).
• Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel.
• Depending on work location, ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with travel needs, including baggage, ticketing, check‑in, and boarding.
• Work outdoors in all weather while performing below-wing tasks and luggage handling.
• Perform aircraft grooming and security searches.
• Handle boarding and gate duties and announcements.
• Process luggage and file claims for damaged, delayed, or pilfered items.
• Load and unload luggage and cargo with conveyors.
• May be assigned to varying duties to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
