Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Las Vegas seeks an Instructor, Passenger Services to deliver initial and recurrent safety, security, and procedural training for airport passenger service agents. The role ensures compliance with WFS standards and federal regulations, maintains training records, and supports audits, reporting to Corporate Training.

Based at a local station, the position emphasizes training initiatives and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience required, preferably in airline/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and recurrent training for passenger service and ground handling operations.
• Ensure compliance with WFS policies and TSA, FAA, DOT, airport authority, and U.S. Customs & Border Protection regulations.
• Maintain and audit training records; update local training manuals and SOPs.
• Train personnel on new procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, documentation review, and passenger processing compliance.
• Perform training-related administrative tasks and data entry.
• Assist in station operations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform duties in variable airport and weather conditions.
• Must be knowledgeable in all Federal Air Regulations pertaining to passenger ground handling operations and all Worldwide Flight Services procedures.
• Comply with WFS site security plan.
• Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors’ activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS reporting program.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
