Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Las Vegas is seeking an Airport Operations Agent to oversee inbound and outbound flight activity, update schedules, and manage gate assignments to ensure smooth airport operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound flight activity and update schedules.
• Prepare daily reports on arrivals and departures and manage gate changes.
• Coordinate with departments for emergencies and fuel stops.
• Maintain records of flights, services performed and billing when needed.
• Monitor security and report breaches in line with WFS procedures.
