Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC, a trusted provider of airline ground services, is seeking a customer service supervisor to lead a team of agents and enhance passenger experiences at our Appleton facility. You will oversee arrivals, check-in, ticketing, and baggage support, ensuring smooth operations and courteous service.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, a passion for service, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to load/unload wheelchairs and related items.
• Promote and adhere to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner following safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
