Job summary

Prospect Airport Services seeks a supervisor to manage passenger assistance teams across shifts at our Columbus location. You will supervise leads and agents, assign workstation duties, coordinate training, monitor attendance, and ensure daily operations run safely and efficiently.

You will collaborate with the manager, oversee shift meetings, payroll paperwork, and enforce safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies while supporting a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules including workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and rotations.
• Communicate with manager regarding problems or issues; schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork; perform related administrative tasks.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulations, Unifi policies and safety procedures; ensure compliance with laws.
• Promote and adhere to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Perform other related duties appropriate to the role.

Education

High School diploma, GED or equivalent education
