Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational issues to ensure safe, on-time departures.
• Prepare flight documents including flight plans, NOTAMs, weather briefs.
• Coordinate ramp offload/load and baggage reconciliation.
• Manage weight and balance calculations per aircraft specs.
• Prepare NOTOC for crew and maintain records of flights serviced.
• Liaise with vendors, supervisors, and station team to support operations.
