Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent at Vero Beach Airport to greet passengers, assist with check-in and boarding, and provide accurate information on schedules and services.

You will ensure compliance with airline policies, assist with self-service options, and coordinate with ground staff to deliver a seamless passenger experience. The role requires strong English communication, a minimum of 1 year in customer service, and flexibility to work varied shifts

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to use IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile devices
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligible for required credentials/clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs as applicable)
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
• Provide information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
• Handle check-in and baggage processing courteously
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly
• Make announcements and inform passengers about changes and boarding times
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure smooth passenger experience
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as needed
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure passenger safety
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area
• Participate in ongoing training and development
