Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking team members to provide passenger service for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding and baggage services at the airport. You will operate a computerized system for ticketing, reservations and related inquiries while guiding passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine.

Role includes assisting ramp agents, aiding passengers with wheelchairs, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Training is provided and flight privileges may apply after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding and baggage services.
• Handle ticketing and check-in via a computerized system, including reservations and related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchair and baggage accessibility for loading and arrival.
• Push wheelchairs through airport areas and adhere to safety procedures.
• Complete work safely and report safety incidents per policy.
