Job summary

Unifi is seeking individuals to join our team in Madison, WI, where training is provided and no prior experience is required. You will assist passengers through arrivals, check-in, and boarding processes, handling ticketing and reservations with a computerized system, and guiding customers through security checkpoints.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers with special needs, maintaining safety procedures, and supporting ramp operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform related tasks.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system.
• Support boarding, baggage service, reservations and related complaints or problems.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned within skill and capabilities.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards per policy.
