Job summary

Unifi is hiring for a passenger service role to assist travelers with arrivals, check-in, ticketing, and related questions at the airport in Hawaii. Paid training is provided, and full-time hours begin at 30 per week.

Flight privileges and a comprehensive benefits package are offered after a qualifying period. Responsibilities include welcoming passengers, processing ticketing and check-in in a computerized system, and guiding travelers through security and immigration processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrivals and check-in including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the position's skills and capabilities.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner per Unifi safety standards.
