Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring an Airport Customer Service Agent (UA) for MSN Part Time in Madison, WI. You will assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations and inquiries, while upholding safety and service standards.

No experience is required and paid training is provided. The role offers rotating shifts, weekend work, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) and flight privileges after 30 days for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and baggage service.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents or hazards as per policy.
