Unifi Aviation LLC in Portland, ME seeks a Passenger Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer service for arrivals, ticketing, check-in and boarding, including baggage support and handling special needs. Training is provided and flight benefits apply after eligibility.

The role requires operating a computerized system, communicating itineraries, and enforcing safety policies while working rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
• At least two years of customer service experience

Responsabilités

• Seek out and assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process, and support passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system. This includes boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related complaints and problems.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Maintain a highly visible presence in all customer facing situations
• Keep passengers informed and makes announcements to ensure important information is communicated about their itineraries, flights and luggage.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
