Responsibilities

• Process ticketing and check‑in using a computerized system and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist ramp staff to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate‑checked items are ready for loading.
