Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers and provide assistance at the ticket counter, gate, and baggage areas.
• Handle ticketing, boarding, deplaning, and related announcements.
• Provide connecting flight information and direction guidance; assist upset passengers as needed.
