Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for customer interactions.
• Must read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and assist at ticket counters, gates and baggage areas.
• Provide boarding and deplaning support and handle passenger announcements.
• Communicate flight information clearly and assist with connecting options.
• Maintain safety and service standards and manage difficult passenger situations.
