Job summary

Unifi is seeking personnel to provide exceptional passenger service at the airport, handling arrivals, check‑in, boarding, baggage, reservations and inquiries. No experience is required as paid training is provided, and employment offers full‑time hours with benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers, processing tickets, guiding through security and customs, and coordinating with ramp staff for wheelchair assistance and baggage handling.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly customer service to passengers across arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations and inquiries.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs authorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check‑in, including support for those needing wheelchair assistance.
• Handle ticketing, check‑in, boarding, baggage service, and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers and gate‑checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers.
