Unifi Aviation LLC provides customer service agents who serve as the first line of defense for travelers, delivering friendly, first-class service to every passenger. You will assist with baggage pickup, resolve delays or damages, and track luggage with our software while maintaining a professional demeanor across shifts.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and successful completion of background checks. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; read, write and speak well.
• French language is an asset.
• Must be a local resident.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority ID.
• Able to lift 70 pounds regularly and 40–50 pounds on raised surfaces.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check passed.

Responsibilities

• Assists passengers with baggage pickup.
• Assists passengers to resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Utilizes computer software to track and catalog luggage.
• Handles customer interaction in a professional manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
