Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC seeks Customer Service Agents to be the first line of support for travelers. You will be friendly, approachable, and dedicated to resolving issues with baggage and service questions on a daily basis.

Role requires physical ability to lift and move items, pass background checks, and complete SIDA training, with on-site shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnights. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a local in-state resident.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid In-State Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• US work authorization per IRCA 1986.
• Ramp and SIDA training required.
• Must be able to lift heavy items regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assists passengers with baggage pickup.
• Assists passengers with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Uses computer software to track/catalog luggage.
• Interacts with customers in a professional manner.
• Performs related duties within skill level and experience.
