Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is hiring Customer Service Agents to assist passengers with baggage pickup and issues related to delays, losses, or damage. You will track luggage using software and maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling heavy items, complying with safety procedures, and supporting airport operations with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Local resident in SD (in-state)
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid In-State Driver's License
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass up to a 10-year background check
• Must be 18+ years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport ID
• Able to lift 70 lbs regularly and 40–50 lbs on raised surfaces

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pickup
• Help resolve delays, losses, or damaged items
• Use software to track and catalog luggage
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
• Perform related duties as assigned within role
• Meet physical demands of lifting and moving heavy items
