Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to provide total customer service at the airport, process tickets, check baggage, assign seats, and answer inquiries while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years of customer service experience, basic computer skills including 25 wpm typing, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to type 25 wpm.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a ten year background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Read and write English.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Process customers' tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-ons, and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrivals, departures, procedures, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding, assist volunteers, and provide hotel/taxi vouchers when appropriate.
• Ensure FAA, airline and airport regulations are followed.
• Enforce safety measures and protect sensitive zones.
• Assist customers with special needs and other duties as assigned.
• Complete sales reports and maintain good communication.
