Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Passenger Service Agent in Palm Springs, CA. You will deliver first-class customer service at the ticket counter, gate, and boarding areas while adhering to safety and security policies.

This role involves handling reservations, ticketing, baggage, and refunds with accuracy and courtesy. Candidates should be friendly, outgoing, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One+ year of relevant experience preferred.
• Airline or gate/airport customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service according to AGI and airline standards to ensure passenger satisfaction at every step.
• Ensure safety and security are not compromised.
• Assist with reservations, tickets, itineraries, fares, refunds, baggage checks, and excess baggage charges.
• Handle passenger inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and travel information.
• Meet aircraft at gate or loading area and assist passengers at boarding gates and departures.
