Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver first-class customer service at check-in, at the gate, and during boarding. You will manage ticketing, reservations, baggage handling, and assist with lost baggage while ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; SIDA training required.
• Airline experience and face-to-face customer service a plus.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate per AGI and airline standards.
• Handle ticketing, reservations, baggage handling, and related transactions with accuracy.
• Assist with arrivals/departures, check documents for validity, and coordinate with flight crew and ground handling teams.
• Communicate flight information, schedules, and policies to passengers clearly and professionally.
• Perform safety, security, and compliance-related tasks as required.
