Responsibilities

• Oversee passenger service duties including check-in, baggage handling, and coordinating with vendors, flight and ground teams.
• Delegate passenger service tasks in assigned area (gate or ticket counter).
• Serve as point person for passenger concerns and announce flight statuses as needed.
• Maintain gate security and ensure only properly ticketed passengers access the jetway.
• Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new team members.
• Enforce AGI and airline safety regulations and company policies.
