Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a friendly Passenger Service Agent in San Jose, CA to assist travelers at check-in, ticketing, boarding, and arrivals, while maintaining high standards of customer care. You will help passengers with information, baggage, and reservations, ensuring a smooth and safe journey from start to finish.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and basic math skills, with a focus on first-class service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of relevant experience; airline and customer service experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at check-in, ticket counters, and gates according to AGI and airline standards.
• Ensure safety and security is never compromised throughout the passenger journey.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, refunds, baggage handling, and excess baggage charges.
• Address passenger concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with flight schedules, fares, and general travel information.
