Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrivals and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and baggage.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked bags.
• Push wheelchairs through all airport areas and ensure safe transport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies; report hazards.
• Perform related duties as assigned and work safely per standards.
• Report safety and security incidents promptly per policy.
