Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or travel authority to work for business needs.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Lift and load luggage; assist passengers during departure and arrival.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage safely while supporting on-time departures.
• Work on the tarmac in company vehicles to transport bags to destinations.
• Work outdoors in all weather; shifts may include irregular or extended hours, weekends and holidays.
