Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with 10-15 passenger service representatives.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods at ticket counter/gate check-in areas.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Proficient reading/writing and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and physical.

Responsibilities

• Assigns employees to front counter or airline account tasks.
• Trains employees or assigns to experienced staff.
• Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Interfaces with other departments to resolve service issues and maintain quality.
• Handle customer service complaints with positive resolution.
