Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking Customer Service Agents to be the first line of defense for our customers. This is a customer-facing role requiring a friendly, outgoing demeanor and a commitment to delivering first-class service to travelers.

You will assist passengers with baggage pickup, resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and use our computer systems to track luggage. You must be able to lift 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a local (in-state) resident.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid In-State Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
• Must be able to lift/carry / push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up.
• Assist passengers to resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Utilizes computer software to track and catalog luggage.
• Handles customer interaction with class in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
