Job summary

Horizon Air in Spokane, WA is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to assist guests with travel needs, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and perform tasks in baggage, ticketing, check-in and boarding flights. You will contribute to smooth operations by arranging seat assignments, directing guests, processing luggage, and supporting mishandled-guest handling.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with travel needs (baggage, ticketing, check-in, boarding).
