Job summary

GAT Airline Ground Support in Memphis is seeking a customer service agent to be the first impression of the airport experience. This role requires basic computer skills, clear communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected as part of operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess good communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Entry-level computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly in person and over the phone.
• Announce arrivals and departures and assist with ticketing.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and close out procedures.
• Assist passengers with baggage handling and boarding.
• Operate airline systems to provide flight information and documents.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
