Job summary

TDA AGH in Memphis, TN is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to greet travelers, manage ticketing and boarding, and provide special assistance. You will be the face of the operation, delivering friendly, efficient service for both commercial and charter flights, and supporting on-time performance.

This role requires reading and speaking English, ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to safety and FAA/airport rules.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a high-pressure airport environment.
• Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must obtain a SIDA badge and pass fingerprint security screening.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-ons and seating.
• Provide information on times, procedures, and regulations.
• Handle denied boarding with volunteers, vouchers and accommodations.
• Ensure FAA, airline, and airport compliance and safety.
• Assist customers with disabilities and mobility needs.
• Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and stairs for boarding/deplaning.
• Maintain aircraft cabin cleanliness and security checks.
• Complete required training and follow supervisory instructions.
