Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks courteous passenger service agents to support arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, and baggage services. You will handle reservations, answer queries, resolve issues, and guide travelers through procedures with a friendly, professional approach.

Paid training is provided; full-time hours start at 30 per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flight privileges after 30 days for eligible family.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• At least two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrivals and check-in, and support passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, reservations and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes.
• Maintain a highly visible presence in customer-facing situations.
• Provide clear announcements to inform passengers about itineraries and luggage status.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies; perform duties safely.
