Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, and boarding.
• Handle ticketing, baggage services, reservations, and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through customs and immigration.
• Assist ramp and ground handling to ensure accessibility for passengers with wheelchairs and strollers.
• Provide safe and courteous customer service in all interactions.
