Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC seeks friendly, dependable individuals for passenger service roles at our Cedar Rapids location. You'll assist with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage services and reservations, using a computerized system to ensure smooth operations.

Paid training is provided and positions offer full-time hours, PTO, benefits, and 401k. You will contribute to safe, efficient airport experiences while supporting passengers and colleagues daily.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state regulations.
• At least two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding and baggage services.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system and resolve related issues.
• Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine.
• Maintain a strong visible presence in all customer interactions.
• Inform passengers about itineraries, flights and luggage through announcements.
