Job summary

Alliance Ground International in San Jose, CA is seeking a part-time Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers at check-in, at the gate, and in the baggage area. You will ensure safety and provide first-class customer service.

You will handle reservations, ticketing, refunds, baggage charges, and lost-and-found tasks while following airline procedures. The role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required for U.S. locations.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred: One+ year of relevant experience; airline and face-to-face customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at check-in, bag drop, and boarding.
• Handle ticketing, reservations, refunds, baggage charges, and fee collections.
• Address passenger concerns and manage lost-and-found activities.
• Meet aircraft at gate and coordinate with flight crew and ground staff.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with airline standards.
