Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor in San Diego to lead Passenger Service Agents on shift, ensure safety and airline procedures, and deliver first-class service at gates and counters. Responsibilities include training, staffing, handling tickets and baggage processes, coordinating with flight crews, and ensuring security protocols are followed.

Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be eligible to work in the United States; SIDA

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Airline/customer service experience is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States if located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Passenger Service Agents on shift and resolve escalated issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold safety, security, and airline procedures.
• Coordinate ticketing, baggage handling, and baggage tracing as needed.
• Train and refresh onboarding for agents and leads; support staffing decisions.
