Pacific Aviation at San Jose International Airport is seeking friendly Customer Service Agents to support airline passengers throughout their journey at SJC. You will be part of a team delivering exceptional service, assisting with check-in, boarding, and gate communications to ensure a smooth traveler experience.

This role requires standing and walking most of the shift, with duties including wheelchair assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• Available to attend five days of onboarding and computer training.
• Flexibility to work shifts based on airline schedules.
• Great attitude and professionalism toward customers and teammates.
• Whatever it takes mindset.
• Computer literate; legally authorized to work in USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Check-In Counters: process passengers, verify IDs, print boarding passes, and tag luggage.
• Departure/Arrival Gates: announce, scan boarding passes, ensure boarding, assist deplaning passengers.
• Assist passengers in transferring disabled or wheelchair users as needed.
