Job summary

Raffle Parking Company in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day parking operations across the portfolio. You will lead staff, review performance reports, assist budgeting, train supervisors and drivers, ensure client satisfaction, and coordinate with senior management and vendors.

This role requires an Associate degree and 2–3 years supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and a flexible Tue–Sat schedule;

Qualifications

• Associates degree from a four-year college or university and 2-3 years of supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service.
• Availability to work flexible, full-time schedule (Tue–Sat, 10am–7pm).
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of parking operations and staff at the location portfolio.
• Review client statements and portfolio performance using revenue and P&L reports.
• Assist with annual budgeting and portfolio performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Train and develop supervisors, cashiers, and valet drivers.
• Liaise with senior management and executives on operational matters.
• Engage with vendors, solicit proposals, and recommend solutions.
