Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking an Airport Parking Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Houston airport parking facilities. You will direct staff, manage budgets, ensure security and customer service, and coordinate with unions, clients, and corporate offices.

The role requires a minimum two years of management experience in parking operations, a Bachelor’s degree, basic MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel may be up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; minimum two years of management experience.
• Airport, customer service and union experience is highly recommended.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and FBI badge eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Directs, manages, and coordinates staff and contract personnel to ensure proper facility operation.
• Controls annual expense budgets and tracks variances.
• Oversees safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
• Serves as liaison between airport, on-site management, and corporate offices.
• Leads client reporting calls and coordinates maintenance and improvement projects.
