Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a skilled manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at airport parking facilities in the West Palm Beach area. You will direct staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and security procedures, and coordinate with client and corporate teams to deliver seamless service.

The role requires at least two years of management experience in a parking environment, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; strong preference for advanced degrees.
• Two years minimum management experience, preferably at large, dynamic parking installation.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs, manages, and coordinates staff and contract personnel to ensure proper facility operation.
• Prepares annual expense operating budget and monitors variance.
• Maintains proper parking, security, cash control, and customer service procedures.
• Evaluates staff performance and handles disciplinary actions.
• Acts as liaison between airport operations, on-site management, and corporate offices.
• Oversees maintenance projects and ensures safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinates facility openings/closings and staffing requirements.
• Responds to customer questions and investigates complaints.
