Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily airport operations, coaching Ambassadors in security, service, and sales. The role reports to the General Manager and emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of leadership in customer-facing operations, strong communication skills, and a focus on developing teams. The position involves a non-traditional schedule and a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate and influence others.
• Solid leadership and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Proficiency in using technology daily in work.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient station operation and a culture where Ambassadors excel in security, service, and sales.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policies are followed with high security and integrity.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Ambassadors while fostering continuous learning.
• Coach and train the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve team performance on the floor.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and be a trusted member of the station leadership.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
