Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and communicate verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks involving operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate experience with MS Office Applications.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Must meet requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge.
• Must complete training and maintain certification.
• Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions on employee work assignments and locations based on operational needs.
• Direct employee work assignments in a professional and courteous manner.
• Issue direct orders to agents when necessary while maintaining professionalism.
• Promptly receive and respond to telephone and radio calls.
• Complete daily reporting thoroughly and timely.
• Project a positive image and respond to inquiries honestly and timely.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Work in a 24/7 operation including weekends and overtime as needed.
